Do we have any check list to maintain the remedy service will up with out
facing any issues.
Present, we have prepared the list monthly activities for remedy service.
1. Restart the remedy services monthly once.
2. before restart take a back up logs for ARS and mid tier. etc.,

On Linux I haven't had to restart the Remedy services in 5 months (and that was
only for hardware work)

with mid tier flush and advised to flush the local browser cache and
restarted with mid tier.but, no luck.
Error starts with Caught exception and error with some different message
like mobj, t.resultlist,Vcolins etc.,

ARS, Mid tier Hotfix (Dec072013 ) and Patch 36 for Tomcat 6.0 and see if it
helps

You could use the .NET API that can utilise both VB and VB Script to achieve
this requirement.
There are examples of using Excel and Scripting in the Samples directory. This
is available on the BMC Communities site.

My boss did something with buttons, scripting, and pushing to Remedy via web
services I believe. The group he built it for didn't like it though and so we
never went live with it. If you are curious I could get more detailed info if
he still has it.

We have been on ARS 8.1 for a couple of months but just upgraded ITSM to 8.1
(including the two patches) as of this past weekend. In testing we ran into
