I have been hesitant to bring up the topic of Cherwell on the ARSList, but
there seems to have been some interest and discussion about Cherwell last week.
First of all, I have been a Remedy consultant since the late 90’s, version 3.x.
I have experienced all the highs and lows that everyone

It appears that the content of sessions has shifted a bit in the last week.
I reported 120 at the end of last Monday. As of this exact moment,
I ate my first and last one at the 2012 RUG I think after all the banter I
had heard over the past decade and a half over Twinkies. Made me wonder why
they got popular as a treat.

I never saw the “N” before. I see it in other logs now too.

Display Only and your import mapping is using that one. Check by Field ID to

LName_Soundex and Name_Soundex fields.
Name_Soundex does a soundex(LastName+FirstName). This comes in handy searching
through the Smiths.

sorry for the late reply. I don't believe the Asset Lifecycle Status is
used with the Bulk Inventory form, although if you've found out contrary,
I'd like to know. The In Inventory status is used in conjunction with
workflow on other Asset forms to launch the Inventory location dialog.
That's something I may need to do too as its not a 1 rename if I have to do
it. It would be a multiple rename.

In 8.1 (probably earlier versions as well), you can take a look at data in the
DLD:SYS:DataWizAudit_Forms form, which should give you a pretty good list of
candidate forms to be updated. That may be a good starting point.
