you have taken a much more dedicated approach to helping others, and I applaud
you for that. I'm willing to bet though that there are quite a few people like

Depends.exe (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) on arcni.dll and found a missing
dll (dwmapi.dll). Once I got that dll and put it in place, the problem went
away. I have no idea why I was missing that dll.
