I have a some emails that come into the AR System Email Messages form with
a UTF-8 string, however if I look at the Lotus Notes Mailbox it shows it

configured ARDBC to connect to a people database (not remedy). Another
remedy system is connecting to that same people database but has the app

I am using an API to insert records from a .Net interface. The records
are being inserted into the SRM:Request form so the remedy otb workflow
can handle everything else. All is well except when insterting the
record I am getting an error that there are not any groups to autoassign
the ticket
