Getting Flashboards to work?

The permissions I added to allow public to everything. I am not using a MidTier (only client/server). I do see the Data Visualization field in the client, but it houses the error window. Currently I am not using dynamic qualifications - I wanted to create a proof of concept first. Thanks!

Integration to Outlook Task List?
