I am trying to move objects on the CHG:Infrastructure Change from current environment to a new environment. Both environments are pretty much the same. But i ran into same fields appear twice after the .def import. An example would be Field1 is on the current form, Field 1 is on new overlay. Fie

Is there any major issue upgrade from ARS 7.6.04 SP3 to 9.0.01 ? We are considering upgrade options. And we are debating from 8.1.02 vs. 9.0.01. Any help or guides is much appreciated. About our ITSM 7.6.04 SP3: sitting on unix based Oracle 11gR2 DB App Server is separated with Mid Tier server.

Was there any additional steps required for mid tier installation on the TOMCAT ? We did a default tomcat install, then mid tier. Now we are missing a bunch of cookies. I can see we are missing many folders on our tomcat instance including the rootmanager folder. __
