Listers,
I have searched high and low for a guide on how to correctly install the
online help system onto a Tomcat web server.
Is there anyone who has successfully installed the help files. I am
currently looking at installing and configuring the CMDB Online Help file
first.

But when I cut and past the same link into my browser it seems to work fine.

It's kind of like using a simplistic set of semantics..
T1 = Verb
T2 = Noun
T3 = Adjective
T1 = Add
T2 = Network
T3 = Firewall
Reads as Add Network Firewall... Keeps the system intuitive...

Sure, I would love to read some of the documents you speak of for
standardized best practices. At this point in the game all is beneficial.

going down the right path with this design strategy for our RFC (Request for
Change) of the ITSM Change Module.
The situation is this:

I am also looking to see if some one has implemented a system to manage
Microsoft Active Directory configuration changes via the ITSM Change
Management system.
I am thinking that this is more commonplace that first perceived. There
surely must be folks who are managing Requests for Change
Like a front end to the population of the CI values? Hmmm, something to
think on here...
Thanks,

forms and the data is not affected during an ITSM upgrade. It probably
depends on the companies view on customizing by changing ITSM configuration
vs. actual development work.
