I have to achieve the following in SLM:
When a Change Request / Incident is reported before 12:00 the SVT Goal Time
shall be 18:00 same day.
If the Change Request / Incident was reported after 12:00 the SVT Goal Time
shall be 13:00 next business day.
Any idea how to manage this without

do you have a virus scanner or firewall installed on the machine where
email engine is running?
Maybe there are any blocking rules for smtp connections. We had the same
issue but after disabeling the blocking rule for aremaild all was running
fine.

we had the same issue and we found out that this limitation came with
ARS7.0.1 Patch 3 and has been fixed in ARS7.0.1 Patch 4.

we noticed that very often (almost always) the AR User Tool for Windows
'forgets' the Server settings that one defined under Tools / Account menu.
