We are getting several messages in the arerror log and are having trouble
determining the cause. The messages change in that they sometimes differ in
the client being reported. Can someone shed some light on this as to a
protential cause and/or resolution?

I've never done what you are attempting. Is it a Windows box? If so I don't
know is its doable do to where dll's get stored. On Ux I assume it's
possible just give it a different install path. You'll probable need a
separate Oracle instance too.
As for our experience in upgrade from 7.5 to 7.6
I turned on API and sql logging but have not been able to put a fingure on
the problem. From the logs the issue occurs at the same time as the license
manager does it stuff. Whether this is the culprit I cannot say.

We are attempting to upgrade to 7.6.0.3 and are having ARS startup problems.
Raise a case with support which appears to be getting nowhere fast.
