Do you specify a TCP-port in ARUser, or do you use the portmapper?

The files arrpc63.dll and arutl63.dll are needed in addition to the
arapi63.dll. They are shipped, for instance, with ARAdmin
I'm trying to connect to our test server via the Java API and keep
getting this error:
MessageType: 2
MessageNum: 90
MessageText: Cannot open catalog; Message number = 90
AppendedText: 172.18.252.44 (0) : RPC: Program not registered
