AR User Floating licenses converting to Read (UNCLASSIFIED)

Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: FOUO Hi all, Most of my helpdesk are having problems saving/updating their tickets this morning. I found out that the people who cannot save tickets are the ones who have floating licenses. I then looked at my Remedy licenses and all the AR User floating
