If you are on ARS 7.5+, you can also use a Service action to call the
filter. Or use the keyword $SERVERTIMESTAMP$ instead.

instead of client. You could write an AL that sets a 'trigger

found out that if Joe Blow had his time zone wrong on his machine it
would set the time incorrectly.
$TIME$ = 12:30 PM
$TIMESTAMP$ = 2:30 PM
