Do you know for a fact that Rich is the owner? I can't understand why
Fernicola brought the action if they didn't try for the approvals
first. Even if I felt I had a case without them I'd still try and push
the process forward.

In retrospect, I don't know if it is an issue of being denied
approvals as we laid out. It appears to be that the issue is simply
the court deciding that the Jersey Apts are not exempted from the
redevelopment plan as was the Britwood. I am also unclear whether

Joe - the city stopped them - zippo police back then in those
places - where drugs and prostitution ran rampant - at least if you
