Maybe a little positive chat on this board. Drove around town this weekend (a
bit too cold to walk or ride the bike). North Beach is looking really good.
The newly installed street lights now on several streets really set the tone
for a new Asbury. Also noticed the buildings that are outside
Wow, Robert. Are you saying that Maureens story about him posing as a
cable guy and using false pretenses is shenanigans? I certainly feel
foolish it that's the case.

I want that inspector's name. I'm a tenant in that building. It is
a secure building. If he got to the roof under false pretences of
acting as a cable man, he was trespassing and I want to press
charges.
My wireless internet service is on that roof. I want to know if the
day he was up there
No I meant the FCC didn't document the inspection and violations found. Were
there any?
The station had no current violations when they were inspected on Bang's Ave.
The FCC inspector called the GM to the roof and was telling him that the
antenna needed radiation shields. Do you know wha

mass at the Lutheran Church on 1st Avenue. My kids go to Bible
School there every summer, too.
When the little one acts up in Mass, I usually take him outside and

Tommy,
Thank You.
I am not denying there is crime here, more than our fair share and you
can look at those stats in VERY different ways.alot of what you
might be looking at has been generated by me personally by actively
assisting our Police department in doing their jobs...no calls=no
stats.
Still no deed recorded for Berkeley sales. Fred, I thought you some
inside info it closed Jan 17?

You bring up some good points. What light can you bring to the statement that
the FCC inspected the site pretending to be a cable guy as was reported by
Maureen? This could make one believe that there is a conspiracy to keep the
station quiet.

Carolyn first of all let me say I admire your pride regarding your

I have been through the stations documents and there is no indication as to why
the station was taken off the air. There is no record of the inspection at the
FCC, there is no record of any warnings, citations, or fines. The FCC has to
