request, and ultimate approval, to locate a 40-bed homeless shelter
in Asbury Park, city zoners have been asked by the courts to review
their decision.
Are they sold or not sold?
When will they be finished for occuppancy?
Are the contract holders ready to close? Are many of those mortages
classified as sub-prime? If so, are those banks still behind the loans?

Certianly music could and should be a larger part of the economic
considerations.
However Asbury Park is so much more then that. I fear that the
concept of diversified uses and development are being lost on folks.
Let's look at the City's assets in terms of heritage.
