Can you provide some insight as to what is likely to happen to real estate
taxes after revaluation? My worry is that the revaluation dramatically
increases the taxes to the people who have fixed up their homes and spend money
in town while the dumps and slumlords see a decrease. Do you

I have had a unit for rent for nearly four months. We completely redid
it over the summer. Right now we're offering a free month's rent, and
