Asbury could of had an aquarium before Point.
They didn't.
I don't recall the last murder in Point.
I can recall 3 in AP this year.

I respectfully disagree. Last year I brought my 3 kids to the arcade
on Asbury's boardwalk a dozen or so times, because I thought it was a
fun, safe place to play. Now, when they want to go to the Arcade, I'll
take them to the Freehold Mall, where they can run around and be kids,

What you said was almost 100% correct! Except that they're doing a 2002 100%
"Greed Based" "Turn the City from Multi-Cultural back to mostly
White" and in the process, knock everything old down and build new Ratables.
