Why does the Berkley have the first right to refuse the buildings
future? If i read that right.
Perhaps i used the wrong language...What I heard is that a while ago
the Berkely Carteret Hotel had a walkway across Ocean Ave connected to
this Pavillion and they used it as a Spa.

The building was setup for beach club or rather lockers and showers.
Thr 7th ave pool was north of that. In AP style, had a fire and the
rest, well, is history.

The berkley doesn't have an indoor pool does it? I have been trying to
figure out where they could put a pool outdoors but they don;t appear
to have any room. They'll need a pool in the future. This pavilion?
