ATT. They have 2 rates, $2 a day all you can eat text/US calling or
they have a monthly top up plan. I think T-Mobile has a similar plan too.
You must buy the phone as you cannot get the SIM cards
I live in Northern NJ and I can;t think of anywhere that would have one
off the shelf.

This is exactly the solution I used to connect a Definity G3 to a number
of Asterisk boxes.
We used a 2600 series with a VoIP board and T1/ISDN PRI card. The G3 was
connected to the Cisco with a T1 cross over cable. The Cisco then routed

If you are in the US you could have Ten-Tec (www.tentec.com) make you
some. The have an arm that does this sort of thing for their radio
products. As such they are very familiar with RFI/EFI issues etc.
