Hello all Voicemail to email works fine for members of our organization. However, we now host external companies who use our AstLinux installation. This has been fine for a couple of years, but we now have a specific company who receive multiple email notifications per voicemail. The emails arrive

Ah, you might be onto something. We have no SMTP_FROM user set up in users.conf. However, I've looked at a voicemail notification which has come to me on our internal domain, and the sender is: Eastburn voicemail [Eastburn voicem...@eastburnpbx.nnpa.com] I don't know where this has been set, howe

Hi Michael I added SMTP_FROM, with no effect. I contacted the ISP who hosts that domain, and they say that a recent cPanel update has changed their default SMTP response time to 30 seconds. I don't see an SMTP_TIMEOUT value on the Network tab. What is the SMTP timeout set to as default, and can I
