those big old black groovy CDs; I have a pile in the loft - eBay
beckons, I think!
Thanks for going to the trouble to explain all
hatever is burnt on the CD, so it seems
reasonable to assume that the problem must lie further back in the
chain, as you suggest. Perhaps I should try a different sound card?
Anyone got any suggestions? (I won't bla
han a normal CD. Do you have any ideas why this might
be?

CD and then take it downstairs to play through my CD player as I
don't have my SB3 set up yet. I wanted to get rid of this bass problem
before setting up the SB3 if possible.

technical skills and knowledge are limited. So. My question is,
how do I get rid of this over-heavy bass? Can it somehow be filtered out
as it is downloaded from legitimate streaming audio sources or from
downloads purchased from Amazon? Any clues, anyone?.. Please?
