Thanks to feedback from the contest director of the World Hang Gliding

The problem is that the plotting software needs an upgrade, the RASP
administrator for Aus-RASP needs to download and install the latest NCL tarball
from Dr Jack.

A stipple (ie, dots) has been added to the Cu Cloudbase where
CuPotential 0 blipmap to provide an indication of the variability
of the cloud forecast instead of simply presenting a simple yes or

With the World record at over 700 KM, seems it's
