you must have a group for the user rights permission linked to the companies.
assign the user permission group to your user, he would be able to do anything
for which he has rights.

Udi, I'm no expert, but since no one else as repliedhere's my $.02. We
are implementing AX in about the same size company. I was told by several
sources you 3 channels for SQL. So,we went with a small san. This gave the
three channels , redundancy. We set up 120GB for the go live company and
map the employees to a common identification of dimension or any field and use
the record level security
