Actually after uploading from Excel file the table does not get refresh by its
own.It is required to deleted the quantity and retype once again.
Another option is to update all the quantities with - (-ve) sign and the after
uploading make the sign + (+ve).
This should solve the problem

I think you need to take a look at inventory model group. It seems like
Register require is activated.

Since you say you filled in the LotId my question would be have you checked
that there are inventory transactions linked to each journal line? usually
that is the first problem with any import where it is supposed to create
inventtrans records. Usually you will let the system assign the lot id as

Inventory management – setup – inventory model groups – on the setup tab check
mark the following
Physical Negative inventory
Financial Negative inventory
