Ponta Garca is in the council of Vila Franca. The civil registry in Vila
Franca will not allow anyone to search the records. I sent a researcher
there a few months ago and no luck (I do not have an exact date for the
death I'm looking for).

only. In order for them to film, they have a contact with the government.
