Joanne, in this case the "Dom" you are reading is a honorary title for the Bishop, who exempted the couple for the 6th degree of consanguinity, allowing them to marry. Antonio Calvo could be picking it up from one of the grandparents, you may find continuity as you go back further on this line. E
