Wow, Joseph, I've not seen that word used in any of the documents I've
seen. I hope someone has the answer. I looked it up in my Portuguese
dictionary and explusar is pretty close and is an adj. meaning to expel,
drive out, to banish.

Manuel Rodrigues do _ and Barbara de Oliveira.
They usually don't list the grandparents this far back. You got lucky!
