Hi, I have two different results from two sources of Portuguese name lists for the abbreviation “Miz.” One list says it is “Martins” and one says “Moniz.” Anybody know which one is correct? The University of Minho database shows it as “Moniz” in one record and “Martins” in the other. Here is

I started a list of surname abbreviations with the help from Manuel Furtado. Manuel also added the first name abbreviations. So if anyone else has more to add please let me know. This will help the new people in their research. If any corrections need to be made please let me know so I can correct
