Just type: ftdna into the URL/address bar. Hold Ctrl and press Enter
(keyboard shortcut for adding the www before and the .com at the end).

See that up there? I just type in ftdna and do the keyboard shortcut.
Finally I was able to get on. Just started typing in FTDNA (like doing a
search) and clicked on the option for the site. Interesting.

I was on it about 11 a.m. EST and 5 pm EST. No problems at all. So it must
be you. You can email the Help Desk and tell them. Include if you are PC or
Mac, which operating system (Windows 7, Mac OS#), and browser (IE/Edge,

12 markers (Fred Flintstone time period according to Cheri) I am hoping for
