I´m afraid it´s not enough (but maybe I´m wrong and somebody know a trick?). You may try a look to the tool "convmv"... or to this gentoo wiki: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/utf-8.xml - I think for "new" files it´s maybe enough to change nls to UTF-8 (kernel and in some cases fstab). Greetings, Us
