saat ditiriskan, bisa ditaro di atas tissue penyerap minyak biar ndak
terlalu banyak minyak
Pas nyemplungin ke penggorengan, minyaknya mesti panas, biar garing.

Supaya nggak amis cuminya diberi perasan air Jeruk nipis, terus di cuci lagi
lalu Cumi diberi garam biarkan sebentar.
