Surely Favourites are really intended just to be links to stations/albums/songs etc which are stored elsewhere in primary menus? The Favorites menu is just a quick access shortlist. So it does not actually make sense to import directly into Favourites at all. There should be a My radio stations

I just had the same problem after installing SSODS 3beta4 and Squeezecenter on my CS 407. The scanner would not start! Then I deleted /volume1/SlimServer/CPAN/Compress/Zlib.pm as described on flipflip's page http://oinkzwurgl.org/ssods3 After that the scanner worked just fine. Maybee it is

I just did a new install of SC7 via yum install squeezecenter. The default server.prefs file includes a strange IP address in the allowedHosts entry: 208.67.217.130. Is that SN beta? I can't get any DNS resolution on that IP, can't ping it, can't traceroute to it. -- gharris999

OK we figured it out. :) Are you using OpenDNS for your DNS service? That IP is one of the OpenDNS search engine servers. The way that bit of code determines your address is a bit wrong, it finds your hostname using Sys::Hostname and then does a DNS lookup on it. I'm guessing what happened is
