7.8. Are there plans to update the unstable channel to 7.9, or should I

Yup. I manually copied in XS.pm and XS/LibYAML.pm from

I too run it on 64 bit Windows 7 (Professional) without any problems.
Is the user account you're using it with an administrator? I don't
think it matters but it'd be good to know.

I think I can reproduce that using Erland's SQL Playlist plugin breaks
the uPNP server--it refuses to return any info about the media
collection. I can get logs if it would be considered useful, I didn't
know if you'd just want to test it yourself.

downloading a distro with it, and it was really crashy. Once I closed
it things seem to get a lot better quickly.

I've had a few stutters--and jumps after coming back from a paused song
that's been paused for a long time (say, lunch) but overall it's been
rock solid. And cover art is quite nice too.

Okay, this seems to be a side effect of having to run SqueezePlay as
administrator. I had UAC disabled in Vista, and SqueezePlay runs fine,
but the keyboard commands only work if you actually right click
Squeezeplay and select "Run as Administrator".
