I might have looked over it, but I cannot see the 'bookmark this song'

Is there a reason for this?

Thanks, Andy. I think that some of my confusion is around the product
difference between the SN and SlimServer. There are favorites on both
but a radio tune in the SlimServer. If the SN is the product for
surfing music on the Net, then it should see more feature development
that includes
I came to love Jazz and discover high-end audio because of my MusicMatch
player and account. It plays a genre and I click on an artist or album
to learn more. I now own CDs and equipment (SB3) I never would have
considered without this exposure.
Only two feature developments stand in the way

I know the samples are low quality-- they're samples. Hearing 30
seconds of most of the tracks on a album is the advantage of shopping
music on the net.
This is all the fault of the high-speed wireless capability. I'm
listening to music on the stereo via the SB3 while controlling it with

OK so it sounds like what you really need is a Radio Tune In option
for SqueezeNetwork so you can quickly play something. Currently the
only way to add something to play on SN is via the Favorites page. I
will open an enhancement for adding this.

I am aware of that.. so after logging into SN and clicking on pandora

WHEN MUSIC HIT YOU YOU FEEL NO PAIN!!!
I've tried out the Pandora service on Squeezenetwork and it's very nice.
I do think it would be nice to see it available outside the
Squeezenetwork though, in the regular Internet Radio menu. Is this
possible, or is there some technical reason that requires one to be
connected to Squeezenetwork?

I love Pandora and have been using it for a few months now. I hardly
listen to my own music anymore. It's because of Pandora that i
discovered SqueezeBox. My SB3 just arrived on monday in preperation for
pandora-on-squeezenetwork. After a little trouble with wireless routers,
I am up and running!
Pandora is now officially live and out of beta mode. Thanks for
testing!

Hi Andy -
You asked me to elaborate on my problem.
I did not use an exsisting account - I set up a new account by giving
Dean my email acct when replying to the link at the top of this
thread.
I rec'd confirmation email from Dean indicating that an account was set
up.
I logged onto SN and
It sounds like you never set up another Pandora account if you weren't
going to use an existing one. That email address just identified your
Squeezenetwork account to authorize for the beta. You had to actually
establish the Pandora account (or use an existing one) through it to
establish the
I just signed up to the beta test for pandora and got confirmation email
from Dean that my account was set up.. but when i try to log onto
pandora using my account name and password (over the net) i am denied
access.. is there a lag time for activation on pandora's end or am i
doing something

More of a heads-up, but no doubt some users will have existing pandora
accounts, and would like to get the 90 day trial via the
SqueezeNetworks sign in. I'm sure am dense, but it wasn't apparent to
me how to do it.

There is a link to enter your existing Pandora account
I am sure I am missing something, but when I enter my existing account
on the pandora tab, it does not play. I should have probably entered
it when originally signing up, but vaguely recall it telling me I
already had an account. The flow might need to be clearer for existing
pandora users
I'm another person who bought a SB3 becuase of the added convenience of
being able to access my Pandora stations. I have half a dozen of them
and have been able to successfully do the thumbs up/thumbs down thing.
I'm curious as to how the final release will be rolled out - will we be
forced to do
It would also be nice to be able to sync favorites between the SB and
the Pandora.com site. It seems like all of the fining that goes on
while listening to the SB should be transferable over to Pandora so
that one doesn't have to duplicate the process.

Yes, the menu item Add this song to my Pandora.com personal page
will do this. We didn't use the term favorites because it might
confuse with the other
Ran it for several hours today and utilized the thumbs and bookmarks. It
worked flawlessly. I haven't tried setting up a station through it yet.

I quickly discovered a major inconvenience (or bug) ... each of my

then have to hit the Play button on the remote to start the next
song...

Hi there
Are there any buttons on the remote predefined to rate songs or do I
always need to press right to get into the 'thumbs up/down' menu?
You have to go into the menu with right arrow, yes.

So I guess this means there won't be a Pandora plugin?
SqueezeNetwork isn't really a good solution...
I guess I was right in postponing my purchase, as I won't be buying one
now.

Any possibility of the thumbs up/down feature being incorporated into

Yeah, it probably would be nice to have control of this from
