Directions: 401 to Hwy 24 South or Townline Road South. From Hwy 24, bear right

Both birds were present in the early afternoon today.
This park is on the south side of Kempenfelt bay. Take Essa road exit off of
400, turn right on tiffin st, left on minets point road, follow to a parking
lot.

Hey,
Obviously part of the mega-flight of White-fronts in the extreme south-west, I
had 18 this morning at Pittock Lake, about 1 km east of the Roth Park entrance
- 8 adults with the rest YOY. Also present was a decent waterbird collection -
6 Cacklers, one ad.white morph Snow Goose, 7 basic H
The Le Conte's is still present, giving magnificent views to a group of us
here. It's at the southeast corner of the pond, just to the west of the
paved path about a hundred metres west of the water tower.

A quick side-route to work this morning took me to 1698 Innisfil Beach Road
(Hewitt Creek Farms), and upon turning into the driveway, I immediately
spotted a Eurasian Collared Dove sitting on the wires. I stopped and opened
the windows, within seconds I could hear the 2nd

phragmites. Extreme patience is required.

I have so far tallied three Eurasian Wigeons this morning. One first basic
male(?)/very rufous female with American Wigeons at Farran Park; and two males
(adult and immature) with American Wigeons, Gadwall and a surprise three female
Black Scoters, seen along Long Sault Parkway, from W

I just had an Plegadis Ibis sp. land out in the marsh of Holiday Beach CA. I am
unable to ID at current time, but will update later on.
The bird is fairly distant right now and a scope is recommended.
Holiday Beach is about 15min drive SE of Amherstberg, on County Rd 50 W,

I just had point blank looks for well over a minute at a Le Conte's Sparrow at
Marie Curtis Park.
The bird was located along the paved path that borders the east side of the
pond at the west end of the open meadow section of the park.
Currently trying to relocate it to get photos.
