Just received a call from Burke Korol who is looking at an alcid on Muskrat Lake in Cobden. He's at the public boat launch at corner of Main and Bonnechere. Cobden is on Highway 17, east of Ottawa about 30 minutes from Pembroke. He thinks it's a murre, maybe Common, definitely an alcid. He's
