Dearborn, Michigan, two winters ago when the temperature was lingering
around 0-10 Farenheit for weeks, so some of them can survive Michigan
winters, which are generally harsher than in the UK but similar to northern
continental Europe.

the station in 1997. The previous high was 73 species in 2001. A total of
