While on a short break covering our nearby section for the NF CBC, Jean and I
observed the Black-legged Kittiwake at the Whirlpool. It was observed flying
with approximately 100 BOGU from the Niagara Parks Aerocar observation deck at
12:20 PM. The flock remained for 10 minutes and then
During IBA census Jean had scope views of the BHGU while it was in flight.
Approximately 20 minutes ago. More recently, another individual had a brief view
of the gull. It’s here, just difficult to get on it.

At Jones Beach (11:45 AM), we observed an Osprey flying westward. One
Gadwall was observed with the many Mallards. Shorebirds observed included,
