Umm, I don't know if I ever responded to this or not, but if anyone else
is having issues along these lines, I've fixed this little annoyance.

Actually, after digging into the black arts of auto*, I can say that
it's automake that is doing this. If you take a very simple Makefile.am
and run automake against it, automake will happily generate a
Makefile.in that knows how to rebuild config.h, configure, Makefile,
Makefile.am, and Makefile

I actively use bbkeys... is it possible to create a key-combination (ie:
CTRL+f) that will bring a window to the front?
I love sloppy focus... and I like the ability to click inside a window
