The same problem arises with e.g. gcolorsel and ickle (GTK
app.).
The weird is that the frame is still active afterwards -

With freshly-shaded windows, dragging by the titlebar is fine.
However, with some windows that have been shaded for a while,

downloaded them with windows, edited the comments and

in CVS (may 27) is a little bug concerning maximize and shade.
To reproduce:
- open xterm
- shade it
- maximize it (it opens fully and maximizes, looks OK)
- UNmaximize it (the window has zero height, but is NOT shaded anymore :-)
