You need to set rpm to use the old style of dependancy tracking. This
can be set in your .toprc file. I am at work now so I cant tell you the
exact line but I will when I get home.

access. The *nix box should have ssh or sftp installed and working. You
can also just use telnet or ftp without installing any other programs on
your *dows box.
