Jaws 10 is full of bugs; maybe this is one. There are some bugs in Outlook,
the most annoying being the forms mode turning on and off on it's own.

Hello all. I am new to this list and am writing in the hopes I can get some
much-needed assistance.
My friend, who uses Jaws and Windows XP, is not able to read her e-mail using
Outlook. When she goes to the inbox Jaws only says Subject, received size.
It also reads graphic numbers and reads
Perhaps they overcompensated at FS. In the last beta, JAWS would not read
the subject art all for me. I was glad to see that the final version fixed
this problem for me. I am sorry to hear that is not the case for everyone!

Hi list:
The subject says it all. Had a problem on the XP system so used windows

Now we wish to transfer windows mail back to outlook express on the original

Hi Patricia,
I don't think you need to worry about that staying in the run
command. When you open it again and start typing in something else
it will go away. Actually it is handy that it does remember it since
sometimes you need to use the same command over again. For instance,

My Internet provider, Charter, has a free suite available for it's
members and it is totally Jaws friendly. I know Charter is fairly
localized but if anyone does have this service it is good to know
that the security suite works.

The only way that I've read about and works is to create folder on a memory
stick and to use the drag and drop method from windows mail to this folder,
and from the stick to OE. I assume you have to create folders that match
those in windows mail and copy the contents to the corresponding folder.
Hi All,
It looks like I'm back in business. I couldn't remember if I had rebooted
since the Cox tech came and figured it wouldn't hurt to do it again. The
reboot seems to have done the trick and Open Book seems to be playing nicely
with the scanner again.

This relates to Outlook 2003. I hated Outlook 2007 and un -installed it to
get back to 2003.
I have discovered that Jaws does not like the Task Pane or Task View in
Outlook. I had a similar problem to that you describe in Outlook on my
laptop though oddly this problem did not exist on
arrow down to see if your scanner is in that list which it should be..

Hi Patricia,
I don't think you need to worry
I have had MacAfee for a year and while it seems to protect my computer very
well and perform all the operations it's supposed to, I find it to be hard
to get to with jaws.

Has anyone heard of any free antivirus or antispyware programs that are free

What websites have these programs?
Thanks.

Hello,
Hope this isn't to off topic; but, wondered which of the DVD media formats
are the best or most recognized +r or -r and which one plays better on most

Thanks.

Hi all. My friend doesn't hear a sound to notify her of new e-mail message
