Hi Don,
What program you use, depends on what you are wanting to accomplish.
Give us some more details, such as whether you are wanting to backup the
operating system,
or simply just your personal files.

Sorry Gerald but this is not correct.
Jaws will not announce blank between lines in double spacing for the simple
reason that there are no blank lines. Remember double spacing does not
mean blank lines it means simply that the spacing for a single line is
greater.

I stand corrected. Apparently, these commands work in Word 2007 after all.
What confused me was that when I press Control-2 to select double spacing in

Hi Marilyn,
If you copy something to the Windows clipboard, it remains there untilat
least one of two things happens.
1. you copy something else to the clipboard, which over-writes what was
already there.
2. You re-boot the computer, in which case the clipboard is emptied when the
memory is dump
Yes I do and have tons of mail here waiting to be scanned, hopefully not all

For one thing, when I use the ctrl+1 and Ctrl+2 keystrokes, JAWS ins+f

These Windows commands do not work in Word 2007. The only way to get single

All I would do in that type of case, is do something like select a space
