Are you positive it's stainless steel? First , take a magnet and see if it sticks. Stainless steel isn't suppose to rust. If you have a stainless stove or refrigerator, your suppose to clean it with a stainless steel cleaner. We polish ours with WD-40. When polishing it, you follow the

It really will be a problem for lots of other people in addition to visually impaired. Anybody that doesn't have eyes in the back of their head could be considered blind in this particular case, not to mention little kids and anyone else who just is used to hearing the sound of a car motor.
