The fact is, Tom, that you have never tested this cane out. I have no vested interest in this. I don't own the cane and I am not a salesman for the company. But I did test it out and I did not experience what you are criticizing. Someone asked for info on it and I submitted it.I do not follow

You don't need the brain of a bat to do sonar. All you need is the right training. navy subs don't see where they are going under water. that job is left to the sonar operator. So the knowledge is there, but the device to do such with is not up to a good quality yet. Just like GPS it can put
