Just read this and wanted to ask why Tour B and women's doesn't have to be rostered?! Why make a rule for one and not the other?! Surely it would be better to get everyone to roster otherwise a team in Tour B could pick up any player and not tell anyone to help them gain promotion (if Tour B was
