I have added a new configuration element, Offset, to the Ports configuration
section. Now, just by changing this single entry, you can increment all the
port values defined under the Ports section

Is there a possibility to include this with the next Carbon release? The

Folks, we have a mechanism to override any ports from the carbon.xml file.
See my commit below. Now, Management ports can be overridden from carbon.xml
file. All ports should be able to be overridden from the carbon.xml file.
Can we have all the ports listed?

This doesn't mean the server always generates random ports. You can still
specify ports, and another port will be picked only if the port you
specified is unavailable.

I added a compile time dependency that should come transitively, directly to

This is a feature that never gets tested, nobody seems to know how to use

parameter to axis2.xml which specifies the behavior of the transports
element not being present in the services.xml. Either this could mean,
expose on all transports, or don't expose on any transports. If this is
don't expose on an

Perhaps, eventually this can evolve into a specialized/fully-fledged LB
product, with the ability to do elastic load balancing on the Cloud.

removed. If everybody is in agreement,
Pradeeban can start on this right away.

How is this used? What does the user have to do? How does it work with the
rest of the system?
It looks like a UI component which cannot be used OOTB, and serves no direct
purpose for the end user. Why was this added? This is appearing in all the
products it seems.

I took a full update, and did a maven build from the carbon directory.
However, I noticed that many of the new orbit projects do not get built. The
latest one I noticed in hapi. What is the reason for this?
