Pretty much all the "layer 2+" switches (all the 10GbE unit that CASPERites are using, to the best of my knowledge) support proper multicasting through IGMP snooping. I figure we can do this setup part through the PPC without needing to complicate the yellowblock controller with IGMP stuff. The

I just updated our old license, which had ended in Dec. 2012, by entering a request on XUP (Xilinx University Program), and they fulfilled the request in about 1 day. However, the license they gave me was for UEF-VIVADO-SYSTEM-25, which I hope includes ISE, but I fear it may not. Nimish, did you

Yes, you'll need either IGMP snooping or an IGMP proxy on the switch. Most L3 switches support IGMP snooping. Jayanth On Tue, Oct 1, 2013 at 1:21 PM, David MacMahon wrote: > Hi, Jason, > > On Oct 1, 2013, at 4:35 AM, Jason Manley wrote: > > >> Ideally, the 10 GbE block would be modified to rec

Hi All, I used 14.5 for a while and the only issue that I had was that registers in one of my designs kept getting disconnected from the rest of the design each time I opened up the model file. All other designs were fine. This forced me back to 14.3. Although I do plan to test out 14.6 soon. Wes

Hi all, We were using 14.3 at the JBO workshop a few weeks ago -- partly because of cautionary tales I heard about 14.4, and partly because of license expiry date constraints (i.e. 14.3 was the latest version the spare Oxford licenses supported). Cheers, Jack On 1 Oct 2013 12:56, "Jason Manley"

Might be 14.5 works fine. I haven't tried it personally and I believe there were issues with 14.4. Andrew and Paul are also on 14.3. Jack, what were we using at the recent workshop? Jason On 01 Oct 2013, at 13:47 , Nimish Sane wrote: > Really? Why does the Wiki page mention 14.5? > https://c
