that's indeed what happens when enabling traffic shaping. For more info,
there's a thread on this of some 2 weeks old.

Guys,
It is normal that when I have configured VATS, once performed the comand "show
policy-map" it displays the percentage bandwidth in relation to the CIR (33%/
121 Kbps), and it does not apply the percentage in relation to the command
"bandwidth" configured under the serial ???

Ports 1-48 are available for use with analog devices or for SMDI
connections. If you are using the VG248 with SMDI, port 00 is used to
transmit and receive voice mail messages to Cisco CallManager. If you are
using the VG248 for analog devices only, this port appears, but it is not
functional.
On
Should be used for voicemail.

Oh yeah, forgot this on the 6500:
set vlan y/z 2x0 - where y/z is the port connected to
your call manager

All I ever do when I start is the following config on
the HQ Router and 6500:
HQ
int f0/0.2X0
encapsulation dot1q 2x0
ip address 10.x.200.3 255.255.255.0
!
int f0/0
no shut
6500
set trunk x/y on dot1q
That's it, never had an issue with native vlans as 1

You also need to make sure you've create your sub-interfaces on the HQ router,
one for data defining your native VLAN and one for voice with the correct IP
addressing scheme. You'll also need to trunk these interfaces back to the 6k
core, making sure to also define the native vlan on the correct
Thanks a lot John..it is working..

It is standard practice to use # at the end of a tech prefix because it will
not overlap with a zone prefix number. If you are asked to use a tech
prefix without the pound, don't configure it with the pound or you will miss
the question.

In B-ACD script the hunt group with the highest aa-hunt number is the
