Hi, I have a lab today but there is a problem with page http://proctorlabs.com/; I can open other US pages but not proctorlabs. Nearly 15 min. passed. I tried to call the number mentioned in the book (outside US) but all calls are sending me to the VM. Can I re-schedule, today session?

Jeremy- If you still are having problems getting VM from Unity to CUE, check the DNS setup. I recently had this problem in the lab and it behaved the same way you are describing. Your FQDN for cue is se-200-0-0-100.cue.voice.com. Make sure you can ping that from Unity. You can also try nslookup
